Main Structure and Working Principle

Main structure of this equipment is following: Discharge hopper, discharging plate, suspender, flexible connection, tighten device, vibration motor, etc.

Material is out from hopper bottom, and flow into the discharge hopper below, vibration motor drive discharge hopper vibrate at high frequency, under the effect of vibration, material will flow down from the center and surrounding of discharging plate. Thus improve the material fluidity, make the material steady and uniform, at the same time, the material will not easy to arch.
