Composition
The airflow crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan control system constitute a complete pulverizing system.
Working Principle
After the compressed air is filtered and dried, it is sprayed into the grinding chamber at a high speed through the Laval nozzle, and the material is crushed by repeated collision, friction and shear at the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams. The crushed material moves to the classification area with the updraft under the action of the fan, and the coarse and fine materials are separated under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector through the grading wheel, and the coarse particles fall to the grinding zone and continue to be crushed.

particle size D50:adjustable between 2-150 microns, good particle shape, narrow particle size distribution, widely used in the fields of lithium new materials, pharmaceutical chemicals, minerals and new materials etc.

Advantages of Production Line
01/High efficiency of crushing
More than 95% of the particles are crushed by the mutual impact of the particles, and less than 5% of the particles are crushed by the collision and friction between the particles and the crushing chamber wall. It can crush materials with Mohs hardness of 1 ~ 9, and the material after being crushed by air flow has a fine uniform particle size, and the particle size of 1-150um is controllable by frequency converter.
02/ Wide Application Range
Because the compressed air diffuses and expands at the nozzle, the system temperature is reduced, and the particle crushing is completed at a low temperature, which avoids the phenomenon that some substances generate heat during the crushing process and destroy their chemical composition, especially for the crushing of heat-sensitive materials. The processing temperature is low (less than the air flow temperature), the strain rate of the material is high when the material is broken, and the low melting point, heat sensitive and biological materials can be crushed
03/The product has narrow particle size distribution and high homogeneity
Jet milling is purely a physical behavior, neither other substances are incorporated into it, nor chemical reactions at high temperature, thus maintaining the original natural properties of the material. The surface of the particles is smooth, the shape of the particles is regular, the purity is high, the activity is large, and the dispersion is good.
04/GMP High Standard Design
The machine can be made of 304 stainless steel and other materials, used for the ultrafine crushing of dry powder raw materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, electronic materials, battery materials and high molecular new materials.
05/No Wear Pollution of the Grinding Machine
Jet milling technology is based on the principle of self-grinding of materials to achieve the crushing of materials, the driving force for crushing is air. The crushing chamber has very little pollution to the product, and the crushing is carried out under negative pressure, and the particles do not leak during the crushing process. As long as the air is purified, no new sources of pollution will be created.
