Industrial Jet Cooker

Brief introduction
MKJC series automatic liquefaction jet cooker is widely used in all kinds of glucose and other starch sugar plants as liquefaction purpose. There is no rusting, no jamming in it. Steam and liquid can be mixed with each other directly and instantaneously by turbulent flow. It can fit for all kinds of liquefaction process, and simplifies the liquefaction process and makes the next processes going on well. It is a small but high effective device in starch sugar production line.

Because of its unique inner structure, it has following feature:
 

• Heat is transferred from steam to liquid instantaneously, and avoids vibrating and steam hammering phenomenon.
• It can precisely control the flow rate of the steam by regulating the sectional area between the steam drag rod and nozzle.
• Mixing tube is adjustable, it can work without any vibrating, pressure and flow rate can be adjusted, too.
• It can precisely control the temperature, because there is no obstacle of heat transferring in it and there is no lag responding time.
• It can fully utility all the sensible heat and latent heat so as to get almost 100% heat-transfer property.
