Description:
The product is a bacterial amylase preparation derived from Bacillus licheniformis extract. It has good tolerance to high temperature, can be widely used in process of starch sugar ( glucose, fructose, maltose, dextrin ect.) and monosodium glutamate, oganic acid and gluconic acid salt series industry.
Properties:
1. Effective temperature: 55-100°C, optimum 80-97 °C , the enzyme still retains activity at 100 °C . Momentary temperature up to 105-112 °C on steam injection liquefaction.
2. Effective PH: 4.3-8.0, optimum PH 5.2-6.0.
