Product Description

Vibrating conveyor uses a vibration motor as the vibration source to cause the material to be thrown up and move forward in a straight line to achieve the purpose of transportation. There are two types: open type and closed type. The cross section of the material trough can be made into a circle, rectangle or trapezoid. The feeding and discharging of the trough can also be made into one-point feeding, one-point discharging, multi-point discharging, multi-point feeding and other forms according to the needs. It can be divided into three categories, 1. Trough vibrating conveyor (ordinary vibrating conveyor), 2. Tubular vibrating conveyor. The application scope of vibrating conveyors mainly includes food processing industry, chemical industry, mining and construction industry, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgy and metal processing industry, agriculture and feed processing industry, and packaging industry., research laboratories, etc.

Product Structure

Working principle of vibrating conveyor: The vibrating conveyor uses two vibration motors as the source of vibration. Using the principle of self-synchronization, the two vibration motors rotate in opposite directions, causing the balance frame at the bottom of the conveyor to produce reciprocating vibrations, which pass through the main vibration spring and the guide leaf spring. It drives the upper conveyor trough to vibrate, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials.

Characteristics of vibrating conveyors
1. It can feed lumpy and granular materials from the storage bin to the material receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously, with a high degree of automation.
2. The width of the trough ranges from 6 inches to 5 feet, the length can reach 30 feet, and the conveying length can reach 10 meters. Multiple machines can be used in series to achieve long-distance conveying.
3. The material in and out of the trough can also be made into single point/multi-point feeding, single point/multi-point discharging, etc. according to needs.
