Overview and Functions
Colloid mill is machine for fine processing of fluid materials. This design of this machine is advanced and its structure is national initiative. It can adjust the rotate speed of grinding head according to the requirement on material which are to be processed; it can replace with explosion-proof motor when used to different manufacturing object and environment. Working Principle
Through the relative movement of stator and rotor with different geometric shapes under high speed rotating, under the effect of self-weight, air pressure and centrifugal force, the material to be processed will be subjected to the complex force of strong shear force, friction force, impact force and high-frequency vibration, etc. through ring shaped variable clearance, thus the material can be dispersed, broken, emulsify, mix, further to get the ideal product.
Structure and Characteristic
This machine not only maintains the characteristic of traditional colloid mill, such as reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, small volume, light weight, and also had wide adaptability, simplicity of variable speed, as well as can replace with different kinds of motor for different processing object, etc.
