Characteristics of the Products
It integrates crushing and classification into one, with cooling function. Suitable for processing dry materials with Mohs hardness less than 5 and water content less than 10% in various industries. The grain size can be adjusted without stopping the machine.

Working Principle
The material is uniformly sent into the grinding chamber by the feeding system, and is strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating moving disk, which makes the material crushed. The crushed materials are separated by the grading wheel, the products that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection, and the coarse materials are crushed again in the crushing area.

Crusher Host
