Sorbitol hydrogenation reactor is mainly applicable to the production steps such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystal,distillation,and storing etc. in the industries of medicine(materials workshop,synthesizing workshop), chemical industry,food,light industry and so on.The blender covers anchor style,frame style,oar style and turbo style.The rotation mechanism adopts cycloid needle-wheel decelerator and non-pele shift decelerator,the seal device adopts mechanical seal,the heating or cooling adopts the nip-sheath structure,the heating mode adopts the steam,electric heating and conducting heat oil to meet the technology requirement in different work conditions such as acid proof,alkali proof,high-temperature proof,abrasion proof,and erosion proof etc,And may design and make according to the repuirement of customer

And reactor can be produced by can be produced titanium (TA2), nickel material, tantalum material, zirconium, hastelloy (C-276,C-22,B-2) , lined PTFE or lined Ni (Ni6) according to different requirements of media.

Opening port of conventional kettle lid

Gas port with needle valve, liquid port with needle valve and tube inserting the bottom, the charging port for the solid with pipe plug, measuring and controlling temperature port with platinum resistance, security blasting port of pressure gauge with pressure gauge safety explosion-proof device, and inlet and outlet of cooling coil inside the reactor with tap.

Equipped with automatic temperature regulator, temperature control accuracy of ± 1 °C;  With speed display and stepless speed regulation function;

The heating power can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of automatic thermostat.

Other Accessories

If the user have other special requirements on kettle cover, kettle body opening, the internal structure, high and low pressure, stirring paddle, and other the supporting device (such as condensate return unit, constant feeding tank, receiver, condenser, etc.) ,we can manufacture reactors according to users' requirements.

 

DESCRIPTION

General process description:

(1) Glucose syrup adjustment: Glucose syrup coming from crystal glucose plant is adjusted to the qualified DS with water.

(2) Decoloring and filtration: The qualified glucose syrup is sent to the decoloring tank for decoloring with active carbon input. After that the AC will be removed by the filter, and the syrup will be sent to the next section.

(3) Ion exchange: Tiny foreign items and bad odor is removed via ion exchanger. Then, the material will be qualified to the hydrogenation section.

(4) Hydrogenation: After burdening, the qualified material is sent to the reactor with aid of high pre. H2. By the reaction, the material will be turned to the crude sorbitol. Then the material is sent to the flash tank for cooling. And then it will be sent to the sedimentation tank.

(5) Sedimentation and filtration: After sedimentation tank, the accelerant is separated from the crude sorbitol, then recycled and reuse. The material is sent to the next section after filtration.

(6) Decoloring and filtration: The crude alcohol is sent to the decoloring tank for decoloring with active carbon input. After that the AC will be removed by the filter, and the syrup will be sent to the next section.

(7) Ion exchange: Tiny foreign items and bad odor is removed via ion exchanger. By this way, the material will be turned to be qualified.

(8) Evaporation: The qualified sorbitol is totally cleaned through safety filter, then it is sent to evaporator for concentrating to reach the required DS as final product.
