Product Description

Introduction:
A standard PWG series purified water preparation system of Yunhao Technology can produce 1-50 tons purified water that meets the standards per hour.

The working principle of the PWG preparation system is to start from the city water supply through water pretreatment including multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, softeners to secondary or tertiary RO systems with optional EDI or mixed resin beds to prepare purified water that meets the quality standards of the United States Pharmacopoeia USP, European Pharmacopoeia EP, and Chinese Pharmacopoeia CP.

Application:

The purified water preparation system is suitable for the solvent water, cleaning water or diluent of common drugs in pharmaceutical factories and the water source of injection water.

Although the city water supply has been pre-treated, it still does not meet the requirements of pharmaceutical water. The city water supply still contains a large amount of sediment, suspended matter, soluble substances, colloids, chemical residues, viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, a large amount of hardness ions such as calcium, magnesium and iron, etc., so it must be removed through a series of unit operations. Purified water preparation can adopt different unit combinations according to the water quality report of the customer's raw water to achieve the ultimate goal.
