Airflow Classification Solution
Application field: new materials like lithium, chemical minerals, medicine,metal powder, etc. 
Classification accuracy: 2-150um, featured by high classification accuracy, narrow particle size distribution and other characteristics
Operating principle:
The classification system is composed of the main machine, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan etc. Under the action of the fan, the material moves to the classification area at a high speed with the updraft from the inlet at the lower end of the classifier. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classifying impeller, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the separator or dust collector through the clearance of the classifying impeller blade, and the coarse particles contain some fine particles and fall along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet. Through the strong panning action of the secondary air, the coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles rise to the secondary classification area, and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port to achieve the particle classification.
