Brief Introduction
The material is sprayed into fine mist by nozzle on the top of tower. Follow the heat wind, the material is dried. The machine's characteristic is high collection rate, no stick onto the wall, energy saving, high efficiency, especially applicable for heat sensitive material. It's widely used in food, dyestuff, chemical industry and so on.
Features of Equipment
(1) Fast drying speed, feed liquid after atomization, greatly increased surface area, in the hot air flash evaporation of water can be 65%-98%, complete the drying time in only 5-15 seconds. Especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials drying, can guarantee the material color, fragrance, taste.
(2) The product particle size uniformity, good fluidity, solubility, high purity of products, good quality.
(3) Simple and stable operation, easy regulation and control, easy to realize automatic operation.

Application
- Chemical industry:Sodium fluoride ( potassium ), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dye intermediate, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid, amino acid, white carbon black.
- Plastic resin:AB, ABS emulsion, uric,formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, sealing glue ( urea ) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride.
- Food industry: Fatty mil powder, protein, cocoa mil powder, substitute milk powder, egg white, oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant dissolvable tea, seasoning meat, hydrolysate, corn syrup, maltrodextrin etc.
- Sugar:Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, potassium sorbate etc..
- Ceramic:Alumina, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talc.
