Process Description
 

1. Extraction: from the raw material warehouse to the extraction tank with a scraper, extract with alkali, then pump into 1^stseparator, the resulting solid-liquid phase pumped into the second extractor to get mixed soymilk and bean dregs, soymilk go into the next process, the bean dregs are processed into dietary fiber by the dietary fiber workshop and stored in the warehouse.

2. Acid sedimentation and separation: Add HCl to the acid sedimentation tank and then mix, then pump to the acid sedimentation separator to separate the curd and the bean water. The curd enters the crusher and the curd emulsification pump, and the bean water enters the sewage treatment plant. .

3. Neutralization: After the curd emulsified, it enters the neutralization tank to mix the curd with the alkali solution. After quenching and tempering, it enters the high pressure pump homogenizer.

4. Sterilization: The pressure pump sends the material in the neutralization tank to flash tank. During the process of entering the flash tank, it is instantaneously sterilized with high temperature and high pressure saturated steam.

5. Spray drying: The flashing liquid is pumped into the high-pressure pump by homogenization. After homogenization, the high-pressure pump is sprayed into the drying tower for spray drying. After the vibrating screen, it is transported into the finished tank through the positive pressure conveying wind.

6. Packing: The protein powder in the finished tank is sieved by spiral conveying and then entered into the quantitative packaging and packaged into the warehouse.

7. Metal detection: After the package is sealed, it enters the metal detector conveyor. No metal alarm products enter the finished product warehouse; the metal detector alarms and the product is stored in the unqualified area.
