Description:
The stainless steel reaction kettle operates stably, has low noise, is easy to clean, and can be used continuously to disperse and stir materials. Product Structure

The stainless steel reactor is mainly composed of three parts: tank, jacket and stirring system.

(1)The tank body of the stainless steel reactor. The tank body of the stainless steel reactor is generally made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is durable and not prone to rust and corrosion.

(2)Stirring system accessories for stainless steel reactor. The stirring forms of stainless steel reactors can be mainly divided into frame type, anchor type, paddle type, etc. Most of them use frame mixing. This mixing method can make the materials evenly blended in a short time. The specific selection depends on the condition of the materials and the effect requirements achieved. The seal of the stainless steel reactor adopts sanitary mechanical seal, which can ensure the pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution caused by leakage of materials in the tank.

(3)The surface treatment and heating methods of the stainless steel reactor can be steam, thermal oil, and electric heating to meet the process requirements of different working environments such as alkali resistance, acid resistance, abrasion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The inner surface is mirror polished to ensure that there are no sanitary dead corners. , the fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state, and the outer surface can be treated with sandblasting, frosting, or cold-rolled primary color matt.

Application Scope

Scope of application:
Stainless steel reactors are widely used in thermal medicine, melt glue, paint, silica gel, coatings, chemicals, food, and petrochemical production. It is mainly used in pressure vessels in production processes such as polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, evaporation, chlorination, synthesis, and nitration of materials. Stainless steel reactors have many names, such as stainless steel reactors, stainless steel reactors, stainless steel decomposition pots, stainless steel polymerization kettles, etc. Its main product features are corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, hygiene, rapid heating, easy to use, and no need for automatic boiler heating. The most important device in the stainless steel reactor is the stirring device, because the materials must be fully mixed when participating in the reaction. The materials can achieve the best reaction effect through the stirring of the stirring device.

Structural features of stainless steel reactor:
(1)The structure of the stainless steel reactor adopts a single-layer or jacketed structure and different forms of heads, which can be combined according to specific requirements;

(2)The stirring device is mechanical stirring. The mixing forms include anchor type, paddle type, frame type, push type, strip type, ribbon type, etc.;

(3)The transmission mechanism adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer and continuously variable speed.

(5)The heating methods of the reactor include steam, electric heating, thermal oil, etc.; the heating and cooling methods can use jacket, half-pipe, and coil structures; the insulation uses polyurethane or pearl cotton;

(6)The inner surface is mirror polished Ra ≤ 0.28 μm, and the sh07 outer surface is matte or mirror polished;

(7)Material: 304, 316L, carbon steel to choose from; there are many choices for materials in contact with materials, such as stainless steel, enamel, non-metallic materials, etc.

(8)The equipment is equipped with CIP sprinkler heads, sight glasses, clean manholes and other devices, and a chuck-type interface. Can be designed and manufactured according to user process requirements;
