Airflow Classification Solution
Application field: new materials like lithium, chemical minerals, medicine,metal powder, etc. 
Classification accuracy: 2-150um, featured by high classification accuracy, narrow particle size distribution and other characteristics
Operating principle:
The classification system is composed of the main machine, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan etc. Under the action of the fan, the material moves to the classification area at a high speed with the updraft from the inlet at the lower end of the classifier. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classifying impeller, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the separator or dust collector through the clearance of the classifying impeller blade, and the coarse particles contain some fine particles and fall along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet. Through the strong panning action of the secondary air, the coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles rise to the secondary classification area, and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port to achieve the particle classification.

Materials go through the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel and the swirl generated by the secondary air inlet, further separating the fine particles mixed or adhering to the coarse particles, which improves the classification efficiency and classification accuracy.

06 The secondary air inlet system adopts the electronically controlled air valve system to realize the precise control of the air inlet volume, and the degree of automation is high.

07 High automation level: all impeller classifiers adopt electronic frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, electronic control and automatic ash cleaning is adopted during automatic and circulating multi-box dust collection process,improving the stability of the negative pressure of the whole machine.

08 Automatic PLC control system.The operation is simple and can achieve centralized control and remote diagnosis.

Feeding method:
With negative pressure feeding method, it can match with feed screw, ball mill outlet, large silo, etc., it is negative pressure self-suction type, fast and dust-free;
Discharge method:
After classification, finished raw materials are collected by cyclone or pulse dust collector. Discharge screw, star discharge valve, pneumatic/manual butterfly valve can be installed at the discharge port.
