1.Structure and principle of equipment:
The vibrating mill cro-pulverizer is composed of a drive motor, transmission components, crushing barrel and equipment base.
This machine is a horizontal vibrating mill. The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper. After vibration, the grinding rod in the crushing chamber collides with the material and grinds it to obtain crushing. The machine is equipped with an ordinary water cooling device can control the temperature in the crushing chamber. The whole machine is designed according to 'GMP' standards and made of stainless steel, the equipment works in a fully enclosed state, with no flying dust and no environmental pollution.
When the motor is turned on, the barrel enters a state of vibration. The materia| in the barrel is mixed with the stainless steel rod, the appropriate time is set according to its own fineness requirements. After a period of vibration, the stainless steel in the barrel passes under the impact and shearing action of the steel rod, the material reaches the ideal fineness state. ln other words, the vibrating mill uses physical wall breaking during the entire process of breaking the ultra-fine powder. For processed materia|s, the nutritional va|ue and active ingredients of the material it will not change.
This machine is dry impact grinding and ultra-fine mixing equipment. It cannot process fresh products or materials with high moisture content.
The equipment is equipped with a water circulation cooling system. According to the different materia|s and personal requirements of each customer, the equipment can be customized and upgraded to a high-end version with a low-temperature refrigeration configuration of minus 25 degrees, which can crush oily and sugary materials.
2. Application scope:
