Introduction of the Product
Application fields: polymer materials, biomedicine, food chemical and other materials which is elastomer, with oil ,sugar and high fiber
Particle size parameter: 10-1000 mesh (12um-600um), particle size is controllable by frequency converter 
Cooling medium: liquid nitrogen
Temperature control range: room temperature ~-196ºC
Working principle: Using -196ºCliquid nitrogen as the cooling medium, the material is crushed near the embrittle-point temperature, which can crush polymer elastomer with oil, sugar and high fiber content, low temperature environment can help to keep the material characteristics unchanged, the equipment is optimized and the whole machine adopts frequency converter control. The simple operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency of the nitrogen loop system maximizes the use of cryogenic liquid nitrogen.
