01Project Profile
The decolorizing material used in the project is xylitol acidic feed liquid, and the process adopts activated carbon adsorption and regeneration system.

The project has been completed and has smoothly entered into the trial operation stage.
02Commissioning Site

Activated carbon continuous adsorption system was used for adsorption.
Regenerative system based on rotary furnace is adopted.


The xylitol acid material was purified and decolorized by activated carbon adsorption system. The carbon was absorbed and saturated into the activated carbon regeneration system, and the saturated carbon was regenerated and reused.


The project adopts rotary furnace to regenerate saturated carbon, and the activity recovery rate reaches more than 80% after regeneration.


Compared with other stoves, rotary furnaces have the advantages of simple operation, small footprint and small investment. The rotary furnace has a wide range of applications in activated carbon regeneration and activation, flue gas treatment, waste heat utilization, treatment of pharmaceutical, chemical, vaporization, hazardous, medical and aviation waste or garbage industries.

Xylitol acid feed solution was adsorbed and decolorized by activated carbon to produce the final product, improve the yield and quality of the main product, and solve the problem of producing waste powder of activated carbon.
