Working Principle
Spiral jet mill is also known as disc mill, supersonic jet pulverizer and flat jet mill. It is mainly composed of material conveyor, material accelerator, material disperser, air bag, nozzle and crushing chamber. The material is sprayed into the crushing chamber by the accelerator, dispersed by the disperser, and the dispersed material is brought into the crushing chamber by high pressure gas and meets with the high pressure gas sprayed by the nozzle, so that the gas flow drives the material to realize the collision, shear and friction between the materials, so as to achieve the crushing effect. Because the gas drives the material to rotate at high speed, resulting in a great centrifugal force, the particles under the action of the great centrifugal force, the coarse particles are taken by the air to the crushing chamber for many times, and the fine powder is discharged from the central outlet.
